This is a two story house. The downstairs has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and laundry room. Upstairs is a condo with a separate entry. The condo has one bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and living room. The downstairs is 1500 sq ft with a kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and laundry room with full size free washer and dryer. There are smart TV's with Roku's in the living room and two bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have workspaces with monitors available to connect to. There is also a workspace in the living room. The upstairs is 800 sq ft, also a full house with a kitchen, living room, one bedroom with King bed, Roku TVs in the rooms and full bathroom. The upstairs entry is through the exterior stairs in the backyard. Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive the key code(s) for entry. Parking is on the driveway and along the street. The backyard is a pleasant surprise with a serene garden, propane fire pit, the flowing sound of water from the pond, gold and koi fish, mountain views, a grill, picnic table, and a pergola. Please do not feed the fish, they feed off the natural growing algae in the pond.
